Very well located and good customer service. The parking lot outside costs 14 euro per day. Warm water is available in small quantities.

Right by Cagliari’s Main Street, so getting around was easy. The room was lovely and clean. I’d recommend it.

Simone was always kind and ready with useful tips, and the place stayed peaceful despite being right in central Cagliari. It’s easy to walk to restaurants, bars and the main sights from La Residenza sul Largo. The rooms were clean, roomy and had the comforts we needed, including air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The property itself felt welcoming and well cared for. We thought it was good value and a comfortable choice in the heart of the city. Recommended.
