The location is good, close to the historic center, but the apartment is on a narrow old-town street. You can hear people passing by and even neighbors coughing, so forget about quiet at night. There's no parking, and we had electricity problems too. I think you can find something better for similar money. The photos in the description don't match reality and seem to have been taken in nearby buildings. The room was messy, with grease and hair everywhere. If you're on the top floor, flushing the toilet makes a waterfall-like noise that seems to travel through the walls. Breakfast is at a nearby cafe, and it's very basic, just coffee and a croissant. The cafe is closed on Mondays, so you have to pay for breakfast yourself, and nobody warned us when we booked.

Andrea was very helpful, and we couldn't have found a better person to assist us. We spent a week at this lovely, well-located place, and the whole experience was absolutely great. Thanks a million again for your help. I can recommend it to every tourist. Regards, Maciej Glowik

A really nice location, and the hosts are super friendly. The walls between apartments are thin, so some noise from the neighbors is inevitable.

The staff were so kind and looked after us really well, and the location made everything easy: right in Cagliari's historic center, with free parking fairly close. The room was small but clean and pleasant. Fine for a couple of days, though with three of us, we'd want more space for a longer stay.
