Delfino Taranto Hotel

The food here is homemade and spectacular, and the staff are absolute sweethearts. I travel around Italy with groups for work all the time, and I highly recommend this hotel. AnnaLaura and the rest of the team were extremely professional and attentive, both with me and with my somewhat difficult group of 32 tourists. They've spoiled me for other hotels. I don't love most of Taranto, but I'd go out of my way to stay here. Thank you Hotel Delfino 🥰🙏🌟

Alexander at the front desk and concierge made our stay so enjoyable. He was incredibly helpful, with excellent recommendations for food and wineries. The hotel itself was great too. Our room was spacious with a lovely sea view, and breakfast was great. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much, Alexander!

The staff made our stay especially pleasant. Alessandro was so nice and shared useful advice on places to visit, along with some history about the city. The room cleaning was quick and efficient, and the restaurant staff were caring. We also enjoyed the beautiful lobby and rooms, the great restaurant view and good food, and the convenience of on-site parking. We had a wonderful stay at the Delfino hotel.

There were some good points: the lobby was pleasant, breakfast was good, the view was beautiful, and the small gym had new equipment. The staff were courteous and helpful, and I appreciated the daily room cleaning. Still, my stay at Delfino Hotel in Taranto was disappointing and stressful. The room was very dated, and the toilet only flushed if I lifted the whole panel. The receptionist apologized for that, as staff later did for other mix-ups. The elevators were old and needed modernization. When I asked for an invoice, they tried to charge me again, then apologized after I explained I'd already paid. On my last day, I'd told reception I'd check out at 12:00, but when I got back to the room at exactly noon, my things had already been taken to the front desk.
