Lumiere Rooms - Eja Sardinia

Our room was cancelled on the day we were due to arrive. They said the phone number and credit card were invalid, but no one contacted me beforehand. We only found out when our taxi reached the door, far from the city center, and there was no other room available. We had booked two weeks earlier. I expected a warning in advance, not on arrival day. How hard would it have been to call or email?

The host was lovely, quick to respond, and very accommodating. The location was great too, with a bus stop right outside for getting around town and San Benedetto markets very close by. I recommend it :)

The hosts made my birthday stay so much better. They were incredibly hospitable and shared loads of information about the island, getting around, and what was happening each night. My friend and I had separate rooms, both beautiful, and they were cleaned with fresh towels every day. The good security helped me feel safe, too. Don’t hesitate, book a room here! We loved it, and I’ll absolutely come back one day. Thank you so much, Eja Sardinia, I’m so grateful ❤️

The room was bright, lovely, clean, and cosy, with all the amenities and a wonderful view of the street lined with orange trees. We received a very good, attentive welcome and service. I’d recommend Eja Sardinia to anyone visiting Cagliari.
