Francesca, thank you again for your kindness and hospitality. We loved the place and would happily return. We stayed at the Manzoni Suite Hotel in March 2019 with our 19-month-old baby, and the baby bed was included in the price. The owner, Mrs. Francesca, was lovely and always ready to help. She helped us rent a car and suggested several delicious restaurants. The photos don’t capture the charm of the hotel. Our apartment was very clean, modern, and decorated with beautiful paintings, which made it feel like home. It was large, with two bedrooms, a living room with kitchen, and a bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped with plates, cutlery, pots, spices, tea, oil, and more, so you could cook if you wanted. There were two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The bathroom had a hairdryer, and towels and air conditioning were provided. The best part was the large terrace with a beautiful view over Cagliari. It was on the 8th floor, so the view was really impressive. We were very satisfied with the hotel.

The owners were extremely kind and helpful, and the rooms were cozy and well maintained, with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. After a terrible experience, this place was our salvation. From this central location, you can walk to every part of the city center. If you arrive by car, there’s an affordable multi-story parking lot right across from the building.

The terrace view was truly beautiful and breathtaking. We stayed from December 31, 2018, to January 2, 2019, in this place quite close to the city center, on the 8th floor with an elevator. The rooms were large and very clean, which really impressed me. There’s a hairdryer in the bathroom, towels are provided, and the bedroom has air conditioning. The owners were very kind, friendly, and helpful. I absolutely recommend it, and would definitely return if I stayed in Cagliari again.

The owners were so helpful, and the shared area has a well-equipped kitchen with all the comforts. The rooms were impeccably clean. Upstairs on the eighth floor, the terrace gives you a splendid, unique view of the city and sea. Truly fantastic.

The shared kitchen is small, and the parking garage is directly opposite. It’s a 10-minute walk to the old town, making it perfect for a city break. From the 8th floor, you get a great view over Cagliari, and arrival is easy to arrange via WhatsApp. There should be a sign on the entrance door.
