The room had a nice feel to it, and the shower was really good. The man who welcomed us was friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located, and breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant. But there were only two choices, a savory or sweet croissant with coffee or juice. It was a nice stay, but I wouldn't return because I need more food and options in the morning.

I spent five nights here and had a very good experience. Manuel is a caring host who was around to help and share local information about Cagliari, daily life, and the weather in other places. I enjoyed chatting with him at breakfast. The room was clean and fresh smelling, and well insulated from noise. The equipment was good quality, and the bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed. The location also made it easy to get to the centre, restaurants, buses, and the train to the airport. Breakfast came in two versions: a light local savory pizzetta with coffee and fruit, or a sweet option with croissants. Manuel clearly does his best to make guests comfortable. I hope to come back soon. Grazie mille Manuel, and good luck with your business. A. & K.

The room was amazing, with great AC and WiFi, a lovely bathroom, and a comfortable bed. It was quiet, and the host responded very quickly.

I stayed for three nights and hope to be back soon. The rooms are spotless and nearly at a 5-star hotel level, with a large, very comfortable bathroom. The towels and sheets smelled fresh, and there was no noise from inside or outside. The location is lively, with several nice restaurants, including laPisca, on the street. It's only five minutes from the station and downtown Cagliari. Breakfast has a sweet or savory option. Manuel is a caring host. Grazie mille ancora a te Manuel, hai realizzato un bel palazzino! All the best, Marianne
