We really liked the location, right by the center, bus, and train station. The airport is only about 10 minutes away, and you can catch a bus to a couple of beaches in 15-20 minutes. Our room was clean and nice, and the cleaning lady was extremely helpful and kind. The owner or manager was barely around, we only saw her once. There are two codes to get into the hotel, one for the main door and one for the reception hall. We didn't know that when we arrived, and couldn't reach her right away, so we had to call a couple of times. Now that we know how it works, we'd recommend the place and would come back.

The room was spacious and clean, with its own bathroom, and the host made us feel welcome. It's a great choice for a short trip to Cagliari, close to the station for the airport and to the city and old town center. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and you get a lovely view of the sea and port each morning.

The rooms are quite run down, with several broken things like the toilet seat and shower door. Housekeeping took our used towels but didn't leave replacements. Since nobody was ever at the front desk, we had to find the owner's number and text her. This place could be really nice, but it feels neglected, with not much care or effort going into it.

We got a breakfast voucher for the cafe outside. The bath and shower were nice, and the room was clean, tidy, and well decorated. But the toilet was positioned so badly that our knees kept hitting the bidé. There wasn't a proper window, just a view of outdoor AC units blowing very warm air toward our room. The climatronic also didn't work properly, so it got much too hot. It was okay for two nights, but staying longer would've been unpleasant.

We shared the lovely, cozy room with a slightly older couple, so we had to keep very quiet in the evenings. The bed was above average and I slept like a dream. The place is right in the middle of the marina, and was lovely overall.
