PLEY Cagliari Boutique Suites

We had a good week here and would recommend it to friends and family. The staff communicated well before we arrived, were polite and helpful, and the price was very good. The building is beautiful and right in the centre, and our room was clean and tidy. A couple of things could be improved. We paid for a balcony with a garden view, but there was no view, just the top of a sunshade below and a wall in front. I don't think it should be advertised as a garden view. There was also some mould in the shower, though I wiped it off easily, so it may just have been missed since the rest of the bathroom was very clean. A make-up mirror in the room or beach parasols for guests would be nice extras. We'd stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised. Since we arrived late and got access codes for this boutique hotel, we assumed it was basically an Airbnb and didn't realize there was a reception on the floor below. When we went out the next day, the room was cleaned and the towels had been changed by the time we got back. The staff were friendly and the service was exceptional. I'd definitely book again.

Andrea at the front desk was a huge help when traffic delayed our arrival at this very central hotel. He sent us useful tips on WhatsApp for parking our rental car nearby. The room was spacious, well insulated, and tastefully decorated, and the bathroom was just as roomy, well equipped, with an amazing shower. The architecture of this four star hotel is beautiful too. I was surprised by how good the room was. If you're after a great hotel in central Cagliari, Cagliari Boutique Rooms and Suites is the one.

We spent five nights here and had a great stay. The room was cleaned every day, and it was spacious and very clean, with a modern bathroom and excellent air conditioning. Service was excellent as well. The hotel is on Cagliari's main shopping street, within walking distance of the port, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend it.
