Csa Ciasates

The apartments are spacious, attractive, clean, and nicely heated, but the kitchenware was disappointing: only six juice glasses, not pleasant to drink wine or beer from, and five coffee cups, with no larger ones for tea. Our biggest disappointment was Ms. Arianna’s response to our criticism, which felt unprofessional and humiliating. Guests in the neighboring apartment were loud every night and disrupted the vacation we had paid for, so we decided to leave one day early. Ms. Arianna said they weren’t loud and that we were the only guests at the boarding house to complain. She wouldn’t discuss reducing the payment for the stay, even though, as an unhappy customer, I felt I had every right to ask since I hadn’t got the peaceful vacation I came for. At the end, she told us the loud guests had booked three apartments while I had booked only one. I took that to mean she values the guests who bring more money to her budget, rather than every guest.

This was my sixth stay at Cèsa Ciasates, and it won’t be my last. The lift is a little way off, so the short walk in the morning gives your legs a warm-up. By now, they almost treat us like family ❤️. Everyone is welcoming and happy to help. Ask adrianna if you have a question; if she can’t answer at the time, her father can, so you always hear back. A great place to stay!

Arianna was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which we really appreciated during our pleasant week here. The apartment was bright, spacious, and well equipped. There’s a handy storage room to keep skis and boots warm, and the covered parking at the property is excellent. The ski bus stops right outside the little road leading to the house. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly repeat it.
