Getting into the room was straightforward with the codes sent online, and we had a great stay over our three days. The rooms are renovated, tidy and clean. The location is right in the heart of Cagliari, with most sights close enough to walk to. Nothing negative to report.

The view from the triple room is incredible, and the place was really clean and nice. The one thing that bothered us was the Samsung Frame TV, which kept displaying art. It looked lovely during the day, but the blue light was too bright at night and made it hard to sleep. We couldn't figure out how to turn it off.

Urban Karalis is wonderfully placed, just a few meters from local restaurants, shopping areas and landmarks. The owner replies quickly to questions on WhatsApp, which is especially helpful since there isn't a formal reception desk and the rooms are on the fourth floor of a building. We stayed a few nights at the end of October in the Dusk room. It was lovely and spacious, with good light and a nice piece of art behind the bed. The bed was very comfortable, the TV was widescreen and had Netflix, and the jacuzzi was surprisingly nice and easily fit two. We almost had to talk ourselves into leaving to see the city. If the price isn't outrageous in peak season, I definitely recommend it.
