PETRUS Rooms

The room was really nice and worked perfectly for our visit to Pepe in Grani. Breakfast was served off site and didn’t quite live up to what we expected. For the price, though, it was okay, and we could have skipped it.

The rooms were immaculate, elegant, comfortable, and safe, with everything well appointed. It’s a short walk to Pepe In Granni, and the apartments are great value. I can’t really rate the service since it was mostly a self-serve VRBO type rental, but everything went smoothly and I’d recommend the apartments without reservation.

After I tried reaching them on WhatsApp a few days later, they replied quickly. They said they normally don’t answer reviews, called the sewer smell a coincidence, and apologized. That came after I’d left a note for the owner on their paper form and heard nothing, even though the suite had a sheet inviting guests to leave a review. We paid €100 for one night in a suite that smelled of sewage. The bathroom window was already open when we arrived, which made me think the owners knew about the problem, but the room was still being offered for booking. I was left without any explanation, then brushed off with a sorry. They should fix the sewer. It’s unfair to charge €100 for a room in that condition. A more responsible manager would have acknowledged the issue and sent us to somewhere suitable. Otherwise, I can’t explain why the windows were open in November.

Waking up in room 3 to that panoramic view was unforgettable. We only got to stay one night, unfortunately, but it was a wonderful experience. I’d love to come back.
