The dough and ingredients might be the best in Cairo. I ordered pizzas to take away, and they were still worth praising once I got home. The wait ran a bit long, but the pizza chef gave me two beers on the house, which I really appreciated. Great work, young guys. Keep going full speed!

I didn't stay at the hotel, just tried the pizzeria. It's a lovely spot right in the center of Cairo, near Porta Soprana. The menu is fairly small, with 17 pizzas, around 8 desserts, and drinks, but the pizza is absolutely worth coming for. I'll be back, and I'd recommend stopping here for dinner if you're passing through Cairo.

I spent three nights at Hotel Rafè while in Cairo Montenotte for work and had a really good stay. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were beautiful and clean, and breakfast was generous and tasty. Highly recommend!+++
