There's a comfortable king mattress and enough space, with good restaurants close by. Lucia is incredibly sweet and helpful, and the train station is right nearby. We prefer this side of the station because it feels less sketchy. We've been to Rome many times, and this is one of our favorite places to stay.

The hostess was so friendly. I only stayed one night, but it seemed like good value for the money. I paid less than 60€ when I booked the day before Easter. The apartment was clean and spacious, and the king-size mattress was nice. Being close to Termini makes it easy to get around on public transport, though the area can feel a little unsettling at night because there are homeless people around.

The location couldn't be better, and the rooms are hotel standard. They look much nicer in person than they do in the photos. I'd definitely stay here again.

The woman was super friendly, and she cleaned the room every day. It was incredibly clean. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The building and pansiyon are very old. The rooms seem to have whatever you might need, but a lot needs replacing, especially the worn-out towels.
