The management were organized, helpful and kept things clean. When my car battery died, Bela, the manager and owner, helped jump-start it and saved the day. I'll remember that service. I found the price reasonable, though I was charged an extra €90 cleaning fee that wasn't mentioned in my reservation emails. I didn't dispute it because the overall price still seemed fair, but future guests should read the fine print. The apartment was spacious, with high ceilings, a large bathroom, lots of windows and a full kitchen. It was very quiet at night, and the walls felt much more solid than those in many Italian hotels. Each unit has a large terrace, and there's free parking, an elevator and a family-popular pool. I felt safe there. The tradeoff with apartment-style stays is taking all your rubbish and recycling downstairs, which made checkout take longer. It's set on a mountainside and feels rural, even though it's only 100 m from the main road. Baja Sardinia is a convenient five-minute drive, with a nearby supermarket and a beautiful beach. I had a perfect stay and only wish I could've stayed longer. I recommend it to anyone in the area.

The quiet pool was a lovely place to unwind after a day out, and there's secure private parking. This is a great place for the price if you have a car and enjoy driving around. WiFi in the rooms and a few other small things would be nice, but those are company decisions, not Bela's. The apartments were clean and the location was great. What really made our holiday was how helpful Bela was. He was always ready to answer questions or sort out problems, and gave us a map marking eight beaches, along with tips on supermarkets, places to eat, and the day and night markets.

A rental car is definitely needed if you're after a quiet, relaxing break away from it all. The apartments are comfortable and spacious, and the pool was very clean without being too busy. There are only two vending machines for coffee, drinks and snacks, with no restaurant or cafe in the complex. Parking is good, and there's a lift to the apartments. You can also drive up the street to reception, which is open in the mornings for checkout and from 17:00 for check-in. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay.

The pool was beautiful, with a partial sea view, and the location was quiet. Bela and the other staff were friendly and helpful. Those were the only good points for us, and we wouldn't come back. The apartment was just acceptable. The furniture was very worn, and the beds were uncomfortable. Bring towels, dish towels and toilet paper if you can. The starter supplies were meager, including just one roll of toilet paper, and kitchen items such as a kettle or coffee maker cost several euros per day. The stay advertised as inexpensive became very costly once the charges were added. Final cleaning was 70 EUR, energy was a flat 7 EUR per person per day, including children at the full rate, and there was also local tax. These extra costs weren't presented transparently and were only in the fine print. The owners said energy prices had gone up, but paying over 100 EUR for energy for four days felt excessive and unacceptable. Energy consumption should be included in the accommodation's general costs. Adding almost 20% to the total trip price this way is unserious and doesn't match common European practice. Even though the charges are in the fine print, reputable providers make the full cost clear.
