The setting and views are incredible, and the staff were very nice, except for the breakfast team. Still, it felt wildly overpriced. In low season, €400 a night bought us a room that seemed more like something from a two-star hotel. We were paying mainly for beach access, yet a sunbed cost another €70 and a towel €5. Even a glass of orange juice at breakfast was €8. Those extras felt unreasonable for a hotel in this category, especially on top of such a high room rate. They took a lot away from what could have been a wonderful stay. I hope management takes this seriously. I rarely see a hotel add so many charges when the nightly price is already this high.

The atmosphere felt stiff, and dinner at the restaurant was very average for what they charge. One young woman on staff didn't speak any English, and once she realized we weren't hotel guests, she wouldn't give us an ice cream. Luckily, we weren't staying there. It didn't feel welcoming at all. If you've got other options, go somewhere else.

The facilities feel dated, and the staff were rude. The old beds were uncomfortable too. For what it is, this place is overpriced.

We went hoping to have a meal, but they turned us away, saying they were fully booked even though the place looked empty. The owner was very rude, and the service in general was unpleasant. They don't know how to make customers feel welcome. I wouldn't recommend going.

It's in one of the loveliest parts of Costa Smeralda. Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were both efficient and extremely friendly.
