The private beach left me swimming among boats, more like a harbor than the beach experience I expected. At the pool, staff were hard to find, and we had to call several times to get a table cleared. The rooms are tiny, and the rules around bar, breakfast, and service hours felt much too strict. Breakfast was okay, but badly prepared. For prices this high, I expected far more from a historic five-star hotel. It just isn't worth it.
