The rooms are massive, and there's an indoor pool and sauna. The setting is beautiful too. What really stood out for me, though, was how easy they made things for anyone eating vegan. They adapted every dinner dish for me, and the food was honestly some of the best I've ever had. The staff were so friendly and readily helped when I asked for different food. Breakfast had loads of choices as well, including oat and soya milk, lactose-free milk, several vegan yogurts, and vegan croissants. A fantastic stay all around.

The hotel has both indoor and outdoor pools, and the indoor one stays open for long hours. There are plenty of parking spaces, including some indoors. Staff were helpful and spoke good English. There's also a great restaurant right next door, Biergarten, run by the same owners. You can head straight up the Mendel pass from here. A proper hotel.

This is an upper-class place, and Girlan is a nice town near Bozen. The village gets sunshine 365 days a year, making it a Napa Valley kind of wine area. The hotel provides a sommelier with good knowledge of wine. Enjoy your stay, this hotel comes highly recommended for any occasion! 💎🍾👣🚵♂️

We had a fantastic view across the mountains and vineyards. The room had a fridge and TV, and there was AC, a pool, and a gym. Breakfast was good too.

The plates are small and the portions are small too, while the prices go the other way. I'll raise my rating if they add a picture for every dish on the menu.
