The owners and staff were very friendly and always seemed keen to make guests happy. The property sits high above the vineyards, with views over Lake Kaltern. Being at that elevation also makes it a good starting point for hikes.

The large balcony was almost a terrace, and our room was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, especially the home-grown apples. Claudia and her husband were so friendly and seemed to know what we needed before we asked. Heidi, the housekeeper, was always cheerful and clearly enjoyed her work. We were completely satisfied and had a wonderful vacation with you. Thank you so much.

Our son loved the playground and the little toys at this family-friendly guesthouse. We also enjoyed a tasty breakfast on the sun terrace and a refreshing swim in the natural pool. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views of Lake Kaltern. Claudia and Gerhard are such friendly hosts. We'd love to come back.

The morning view across the vineyards to Lake Kaltern was unforgettable. Claudia and Gerhard made the stay especially relaxing with their open, friendly manner, and we all really enjoyed meeting them. The rooms and apartment were lovely, the natural pool was a welcome way to cool off, and the delicious breakfast buffet got each day off to a great start. We'll definitely be back! 👍😍❤

Kaltern is easy to reach, and we found it convenient to get to other places like Bolzano and Merano too. There are fantastic cycle paths, whether you travel by car, public transport, or bicycle. South Tyrol was beautiful and made for a truly relaxing holiday. Our room was magnificent, cleaned daily, and looked out over Lake Kaltern. The garden pool and its sunbathing areas were lovely, and breakfast was superb. Claudia and Gerhard were always ready to listen, share useful tips, or stop for a friendly chat.
