Daniele was a really nice and helpful host, and we had an amazing time here. The apartment was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. It’s close to both Catania train station and the city center, which worked well for travel by train or plane since the airport bus stops at the station. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

We were there in early 2023, and the place was dirty and embarrassing. The street-facing door wouldn’t lock. Since the owner wasn’t available, he offered us a place on the fourth floor instead, but we had a stroller and the house was clearly occupied, not prepared for guests. We asked for our money back and the host refused. We ended up moving to a downtown hotel and spent even less. I’d definitely avoid this place. I’ll add photos once I find them.

Horrible. On arrival, the ground-floor apartment had no windows, and the bathroom and kitchen were dirty and covered in limescale. A filthy curtain separated the double bed. We’d already paid a deposit and didn’t get it back, so we had to find somewhere else to spend the night. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The manager gave us good service and was friendly and helpful. The place was clean, welcoming, and, to me, beautiful.
