At 8:00 am, when we came down for breakfast, nearly all the food was gone and every table was covered in dirty dishes, with nowhere clean to sit. We asked an employee, but he spoke Italian in a rush and we couldn't understand him. We ended up eating nothing, which was a real problem since breakfast was included and the hotel is in an industrial area with no nearby cafés. The room was old, dirty, and in bad condition. I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but the stay ended badly. After I complained, they said, “Absolutely no refund.” Nice way to answer a customer.

We were with a tour group from Asia and spent less than 12 hours at the property. The room was huge and comfortable. The heater couldn't be adjusted, but they provided a duvet, so it made up for that. A decent stay overall.

At breakfast, my family and I were told to share a table with strangers even though plenty of tables were empty. We are not prisoners! When I asked the front desk for a complaint form, the employee acted as if I'd insulted her. She only handed me a blank A4 sheet, with a look that said, “Get off!” The service was awful. We were there as a family on a trip, and this is definitely a hotel to avoid.

We came with a tour group, and they separated us from the other guests into two sections of the dining room for breakfast. Our section got worse food while the others had better food. When I asked the server why, they were rude and just told me to ask reception. This place is horrible and discriminates against people. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Oh Lord, I hope Italians aren't all like this. Avoid it at all costs!
