Marcelo and his team made us feel at home as soon as we arrived at Locanda Leonardo. They were so helpful with suggestions and recommendations, and nothing ever seemed like a bother. The rooms felt like a peaceful little oasis during our trip through Italy. It was a special stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting this part of the region. I hope I get the chance to return someday.

Once you leave the hotel, there’s an avenue you can explore on foot or by bike, with markets, monuments, and other activities along the way, overlooking the Adda River. The church is literally next door. The photos don’t really capture what the place is like in person, with its beautiful, almost mystical atmosphere. Thanks to Rosa, Marcello, Preziosa, and Raouf for the excellent service during my stay. A must-see if you’re passing through Calziolcorte.

The welcome was excellent, and the staff were kind and always ready to help. It’s a quiet, private place, and I’ll definitely be back.
