B&B Angelo

Antonina greeted us every morning and made a lovely breakfast, and the owners were very kind throughout. The apartment was very clean, and the rooms had everything we needed, including towels and a hairdryer. WiFi worked well in every room, which isn't always the case. We felt right at home, and would gladly stay here on future trips. It's centrally located for exploring Caltanissetta on foot or driving to places like Agrigento, Piazza Armerina and Porto Empedocle. Parking was easy to find. Nearby are a well-stocked supermarket, Garzia bakery/rosticceria with excellent arancini, and Stella pastry shop, known for its freshly filled rollò and cannoli. The croissants from Mr. Angelo were delicious, and the breakfast area was convenient. The room was cozy and had plenty of space, with a comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. It's a quiet spot and free parking was easy. The bathroom is small but laid out well, and the shower worked properly. One small breakfast suggestion: it would be nice to have little jams for the toast on the table, plus a bottle of water in the room. Otherwise, I recommend it.

The room was comfortable and the hotel clean, and I liked my stay apart from a couple of things. One day at 6:30 PM, someone tried twice to unlock my door without knocking first. It was not cleaning time, and they couldn't get in because I'd locked the door from inside. That incident is why I can't give it five stars. I also had some difficulty finding places to eat in the evening. Otherwise, I liked everything.

The location was close to all the amenities we needed for a peaceful stay, and it was easy to get to. The lady who welcomed us was so kind and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean, and she made us a great breakfast, especially the delicious tart. See you next time.
