The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a quiet area, two minutes from one of Italy’s best beaches, and a comfortable place to stay near the sea.

I stayed here while working in Viareggio and would have stayed longer, but my company moved me closer to Benetti shipyard. For the price, I doubt you’ll find better: the staff are friendly and helpful, everything is spotlessly clean and in great condition, there’s parking on the hotel grounds, and breakfast includes Italian coffee made to order. Cantina de Bruno is just 100 meters away, a lively, spacious pizzeria with excellent food and friendly, affordable service.

Breakfast was pretty good, but the room wasn’t great. The air conditioner didn’t work, and the bathroom smelled really bad.

The beach is a five-minute walk away, though we weren’t there for the sea. The hotel is on a fairly quiet side street. We spent two nights here for a rhythmic gymnastics competition. Among the three star hotels we’ve stayed at in Rimini, this is one of the best, especially for clean rooms and the staff’s kindness and competence. The rooms are very small and basic, but the building and furnishings have been recently renovated. Lucia deserves a special mention; she’s truly adorable.
