The building is old, but it's maintained so well that it wasn't a bother. This is a very good little hotel, extremely clean, and the night staff were kind and professional. Loved it!

You could eat off the floor, it was that spick and span clean. The breakfast was quite varied for a 3-star, and the hotel is just a few steps from the beach. For such an expensive part of Tuscany, it's fairly priced. It's an old family-run place that could use a major makeover, since everything feels quite old and very simple.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioning smelled awful. Our room was old and small, and rooms facing the inner courtyard are noisy. We didn't want much, just to sleep well, but ended up disappointed. Look for something better if a decent night's sleep matters to you. Nobody advised us where to park.

I travel for work, and this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. LoL. The only comparison I can make is with one hotel in Germany where I was assaulted while sleeping in my room.

Very clean, and good value for money.
