The rooms were spacious, nicely furnished, and spotless, and breakfast had plenty of both sweet and savory options. Tiziano and Simona were so kind and helpful that we felt at home. They made our short getaway really pleasant, and we’ll definitely return. Thanks to them both.

We stayed with our family for 15 days, using the property as a base to explore the area. It’s well placed between the beach and Camaiore’s historic center. The rooms were roomy and clean, and Tiziano was wonderful, clearly committed to his guests being happy and always ready with advice and suggestions. Highly recommended!

With a bar, pizza place, bakery, laundry, and gas station all within 100 meters, the location is hard to beat. The rustic house has a garden on two sides and a veranda where breakfast is served. Inside, the four themed rooms are tastefully furnished, everything is new, and there’s a fireplace, a large living room and kitchen, and WiFi. Tiziano, the owner, and Simona manage the place at a high level. I’d give it six stars if I could. Don’t take the B&B’s reputation on faith, just look at the photos. Excellent!

Tiziano was so courteous, kind, and helpful, and it was a pleasure chatting with him over breakfast. Breakfast itself was excellent, and everything at this comfortable B&B was cared for down to the smallest detail. We spent three days at this splendid property and hope to come back.
