B&B Al Mobile Antico

Breakfast at Mobile Antico was delicious, with most of the food homemade. Stefania was incredibly kind and made a real effort to help us feel at home. She also gives great advice, so ask her where to find wine, meat, or that infamous hazelnut cake. The B&B itself is charming and comfortable, and even though we booked with a Smartbox, the service was just the same.

Breakfast was so plentiful there was more than we could eat, with the lady's homemade cakes, biscuits and Nutella brioche, plus bread, butter, jam, chocolate spread and juice. We loved how quiet and surrounded by nature the place is. The owners were very welcoming and always around if we needed anything, and even the bed and bath linens smelled wonderful. Stefania and Maurizio were so kind. Stefania printed us an itinerary for visiting the places of Don Bosco and suggested a winery where we made some excellent purchases. The location feels romantic, with free parking in the courtyard. I especially liked the fresh embroidered sheets, the roomy shower and the mosquito repellent they provided. The bed was comfortable too. Breakfast was served in a cool basement room, which we could also use during the day to relax while it was hot outside.

Stefania's cooking at breakfast is delicious, and there's plenty of it. We came back after a few years and still love staying in the Asti hills. The apartment has every comfort, and Stefania and Maurizio are warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended!
