Mrs. Carmen was genuinely welcoming, kind, and helpful. The villa is beautiful, clean, and well furnished, and I had a lovely time. I needed to leave early, and she understood why and helped me with the early departure. I really recommend her.

We ran into a problem and ended up late for check-in. We called to say we’d arrive around 10:10 PM rather than 10:00, but were told they wouldn’t wait and we’d have to find somewhere else. The reception was terrible.
