Just passing through, I stayed one night at Ni Turiddu on 07/09/2022. The apartment is right in the heart of Cammarata, in Agrigento province, and it’s about 45 minutes from Realmonte (Scala dei Turchi). Giovanna welcomed me with kindness and a smile, and the people running the place were so helpful. The apartment is peaceful, and I found parking nearby without trouble. I enjoyed walking the lanes of this little village perched on Mount Cammarata, with hiking routes of different difficulty levels. There are delicious cheeses to try, too. Cross the little bridge in the center and you’re in San Giovanni Gemini, a village that mirrors Cammarata, with bars and restaurants bringing the evenings to life. They’ve thought of handy things like a USB cable for careless guests and a hairdryer. The mix of old village charm and modern comfort was lovely. See you soon, Anna.

A bottle of chilled prosecco in the fridge was a lovely extra. The owners are young, friendly, and extremely helpful, and the place is clean and well cared for. It’s a magical, quiet corner of an old Sicilian village, with great hospitality and courtesy. It felt like being at home. Thanks, and see you next time!

The apartment is in the old part of Cammarata, very close to the pilgrimage route. Giovanna and Andrea were incredibly hospitable, helpful, and attentive. Many thanks again!

The old town location gives you a spectacular view of the valley in the evening, and the quiet makes it easy to get away from city chaos. We only stayed one night, but everything was perfect, from the hospitality and courtesy to the excellent cleanliness. The two owners were super helpful. We’ll be back soon, promise.
