The manager's answer was, "It's not a luxury hotel." The mattress was so old and thin that I could feel the springs against my ribs all night. It was the only time I've ever left a hotel partway through a stay.

A pretty basic hotel, but extremely clean, with friendly staff. The location is great, and there are plenty of excellent places to eat nearby. Breakfast was very good, and checkout was easy.
