The cuisine leaves nothing to be desired, and the staff are super friendly. The hotel grounds are very clean, the spa area is great, and the rooms are well equipped and always spotless. This is an excellent hotel. I'd give it six stars if I could, and would happily come back anytime.

We had a lovely week in Schenna at the Hilburger Hotel. The pool and spa were great, and so were breakfast and the delicious evening dinner. Looking forward to staying again!

A very good hotel. We've already spent two summers there!

The owner was unfriendly, and the welcome at reception felt cold. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and we were told to go for a walk. Nobody asked if we'd had a pleasant journey or wanted something to drink. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, with a magnificent view and friendly staff. I don't understand the negative food reviews: for a four-star hotel, the selection seemed below average to me, with no good vegetarian options. The courses also came one after another so quickly that it felt as if we were supposed to finish the meal in a hurry.

The location was quiet and the view beautiful, and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were nicely renovated and clean, and the food was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and we got a very friendly welcome. The indoor and outdoor pools were lovely, as was the sun terrace for relaxing. The TV remote looks modern but is a bit complicated, with only a few buttons.
