We stayed two nights with this lady, who also has Casa Di Elisa in Camogli. The shower stayed stone cold, even after we'd spent 15 minutes turning the handle to the left. When we told her there was no hot water, she just said to turn the handle left, and her customer service could definitely be better.

Getting in was easy, with the key waiting in a box, and the location beside the cozy harbor was really good. Our hostess was pleasant and so helpful. The room and toilet both felt fresh, everything was nicely decorated and very clean. We'd love to come back!

Cold and damp, with a really bad smell. There's no internet or TV, and the host is very unfriendly. Don't book this place, it'll ruin your holiday.

The owner was very kind, and the location is ideal, almost right on the seafront and close to the station and private parking. The room itself is small, clean, and pleasant, but only suited to a night or maybe two. There's nowhere to hang a swimsuit. If you're driving, check parking options on the hill beforehand, since non-residents can't park there. We arrived Friday at 10:30 PM and left Sunday at 7:00 AM, and the station lot cost us €47, more than one person's dinner. A bottle of water in the fridge would be a nice touch.
