Bed and Breakfast "CERASOLA"

We felt right at home, especially after meeting some of the family. Everyone was so kind and ready with suggestions for places to see and eat. The country house is warm and homey, with the kitchen and living room downstairs and a wooden staircase up to the bedrooms. Our room was basic but clean, and they welcomed our dog. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, with tea and coffee pods. The bathroom was private, though outside the room. We really enjoyed the stay, and thought it was excellent value for money.

Paola is an incredibly kind, wonderful person. I loved the house and its tasteful country decor, especially the beautiful wooden furniture. It's a conversion of an old home, with parking available. There's no TV in the room, which I didn't mind, though there is one in the common area. There was no Wi-Fi, and my phone barely got reception. I found it amazing that both were missing, especially if you want to disconnect and relax. The bathroom is private for each room, huge, and up another floor in the attic, with a separate tub and shower. I can't comment on the price since I was staying with friends. Stayed in May 2014, traveled alone.

A great spot for reaching towns across Umbria, and there's a bit of everything nearby too. The Clitunno springs and the temple are just a stone's throw away. We found the place welcoming and clean, with fantastic breakfasts. The owner was kind and helpful. We'd definitely repeat the experience.
