A great base for exploring the area. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning, and some rooms seem to have had recent upgrades, including new air conditioning. We had no trouble with noise, and the hospitality was outstanding.

We ended up here by chance and found the owner very kind. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are a good size, and everything was clean. There's no breakfast, but you can make coffee for yourself in the common area if you'd like.

After a full day of walking, we were welcomed warmly at this inn. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities, and there were lots of places to eat nearby. Recommended!

My partner, our dog, and I spent one night at the inn. The room was clean and cozy, and although we could hear some noise from the street below, it wasn't too much in my opinion. We had dinner downstairs at the beautiful wine bar, which has the same owner. The food was delicious, inventive, and unusual. Umbria greeted us with local products and kind owners. Recommended!
