The meals were delicious and there were lots of options, and the staff were friendly and happy to help. My room was nicely decorated, comfortable, and very clean, which made it a relaxing place to stay. Everything was organized well and I felt very welcome. I'd happily recommend this hotel for its comfort, quality, and service.

Please be careful at this hotel. Last year, someone suddenly took my backpack right in front of reception. I asked the receptionist to review the camera footage, but they told me the cameras were broken. When I asked them to call the police, they said the police would come the next day. Unbelievable. Be careful.

The food at the hotel tastes cheap and wasn't very good. The rooms are small and don't feel clean. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

It was cold in the hotel because it wasn't heated properly, reportedly due to Italy's natural gas restrictions. The breakfast was very poor, and the hotel isn't in the downtown area.

The room stayed cool even though it was summer, but the AC control didn't work and the room itself was small. The accommodation was poor, and the receptionist had an over-the-top attitude, talking as if he knew everything. This place doesn't come close to a four-star hotel, maybe one or two stars at most, and the tourism industry should take another look. As for breakfast, don't bother. The hall was a mess when I arrived, and the options seemed to be a sandwich and some poor juice. I wouldn't touch anything there in case it caused stomach problems.
