Borgo Fiore Country House

The pool is a real bonus at this charming country house, and the welcome and cleanliness were superb. My husband and I stayed eight days in a spacious, comfortable room with a large terrace. It’s a peaceful little oasis in the Salento countryside, and one of the most welcoming places I’ve stayed. The location worked well for us, about a 10-minute drive to either the Ionian or Adriatic coast and 10 km from Lecce. I’d absolutely recommend it.

Marilde and Lorenzo made us feel at home and looked after us with such kindness, while still giving us space. The rooms were airy and spacious, the beds comfortable, and daily cleaning was impeccable. Breakfast was delicious, and the pool among the greenery was a lovely place to relax. It’s a peaceful spot just minutes from Salento’s beaches and Lecce, handy for exploring either coast. For restaurant suggestions, ask the owners rather than TripAdvisor! 😆 Excellent value, and absolutely recommended.

We had a lovely weekend and would happily come back. Everything was spotless, from the rooms and bathrooms to the outdoor areas and pool. There was plenty for breakfast, and the staff were friendly and helpful, making it feel like family. I nearly forgot to mention the convenient position for reaching beaches on both the Ionian and Adriatic sides of Salento. A big hug to Lorenzo and Marilde 😘😘

The room was clean, lovely and had everything we needed, and the pool beyond the patio was great for adults and little ones alike. There were umbrellas, loungers and big mattresses for relaxing. Palm and olive trees across the lawn gave the place a touch of luxury. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed in the parking area with obvious warmth and friendliness. Country House is a real gem, like the country home we all imagined as children. The large entrance patio and sofas made us feel relaxed straight away. Everything was excellent! 👍👍👍👍
