The main room was clean, and I have no complaints about it. The bathroom, though, was dirty and had hairs, and to top it off there was a rat or mouse in there. We told them about it, but they neither moved us to another room nor offered any kind of compensation. Either would have been nice.

The rooms were 10/10 and very well equipped. The staff were very accommodating.

It’s basic, but well located for exploring the area and good value for money.

Booking this place was a terrible experience. The management showed an appalling lack of humanity.
