Villa Denise

Really nice place.

We spent a few days here around New Year’s Eve and were very happy with the stay. Patrizia had told us guests respected the quiet, and that proved true. The firecrackers nearby were distant enough that our fearful dog handled them well. The apartment was spotless and had a spacious terrace. It’s quiet, green, and has a dog-friendly, no-firecrackers policy. For a short visit, a few basics like soap, salt, and dish towels would have helped, since it’s set up more for longer stays. We’d definitely recommend it and plan to come back.

Villa Denise was just the place we needed after a tiring year of work. In Campiglia Marittima, between the hills and the sea, it felt like paradise for a week with our dog. Patrizia, Ciro, and little Pepito, the real king of the residence, welcomed us so warmly. The apartments are tastefully furnished, very clean, and supplied with dishes, sheets, and towels. Each has its own outdoor spot, whether a little garden, terrace, or patio, with beautiful views and a lovely breeze. There’s also a pool, solarium, and barbecue. Patrizia’s tips on places to visit, dog-friendly beaches, and restaurants were invaluable.

The rooms feel warm and comfortable, with furnishings that Patrizia, the manager, clearly cares about. It’s a simple, beautiful residence, cool and quiet in summer, with a lovely sea view. The pool opens in summer, while the solarium is kept clean and tidy all the time. Patrizia is also very friendly and helpful. I’d happily recommend it any time of year.
