The family who run Garni Letitzia are friendly and incredibly helpful, including when we needed support with medical issues. It's a family place, with the sons, a grand kid, and Kiko the dog around. You can come down to breakfast early if you want to be among the first up the mountain. The location is close to Campitello's centre and an easy walk to the new gondola. I'd recommend getting a locker at the gondola so you don't need to carry skis and boots each day. There's lots of parking if you're travelling by car.

The hosts were polite and friendly, and there was a calm, warm, casual feel throughout the tidy rooms and common areas. There's a large storage room for winter gear, and breakfast was the usual selection plus a few cakes for a sweet start. The location near the ski lift was good, and I thought it was a nice experience for the price. I could hear the elevator from my room and bathroom noise from the next room, so the sound insulation was poor. The room floor also hadn't been cleaned very well. It didn't bother me much, but it was there.

We had a large, modern three-bed room that was prepared and cleaned well every time. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast had plenty of choices. There was free parking right in front of the hotel, and the location was perfect.
