We had a very good stay. The meals were excellent, with great food at both dinner and breakfast, and the service was kind and helpful. Everything else was amazing, and I highly recommend the place. My only other small complaint is that I sent a question through the website and never got a reply. Maybe that way of contacting them doesn’t work, or perhaps nobody saw it. The spa and wellness also cost extra: €12 per person for one hour, or there was a longer option for around €36, though I don’t remember the exact price or duration.

We couldn’t sleep with the music booming from the lobby, and it carried from the first to the third floor. We asked three times over two hours for it to be turned down, but nothing changed, even though most guests would be getting up to ski the next morning. The hotel seemed to prioritize a small group of about five English people ordering drinks over everyone else. No one appeared to care about guests who weren’t drinking until morning, which was shameful. The food and location were just okay, and there was no chance to relax. Despite our best intentions, I can’t recommend this hotel.

After nearly ten years of annual trips to Val di Fassa, my husband and I were delighted to find out this year that this place also lets outside guests use the spa. It was just right for unwinding after a long hike. Everything was spotless, with changing rooms, showers, a heated pool, and several saunas. Alessandro and the whole team were warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The staff gave good service, and there were some good dishes, but several plates were disappointing and didn’t feel up to Italian standards in how they looked or tasted. The hotel itself is a bit old. The stay was good overall, though in my opinion it doesn’t merit four stars.

We had a good-sized room with a lovely view of the river and mountains, and the spa was quite decent. The only drawback was the hairdryer. It’s awkward to use and makes styling your hair difficult.
