We were four people staying there this summer, and honestly, I can't think of anything positive. The best thing about the place is how close it is to the beaches. The house was very hot, with just one fan in the kitchen. The terrace and umbrella were no use in the morning sun, and the umbrella was stuck in the table so we couldn't move it to get afternoon shade. The shower smelled unpleasant from the pipes, and its awning was plastic. We counted the cutlery, found only one frying pan, and three of the four burners worked. The house was quite dirty, even though I paid €60 for cleaning. In the evening the driveway was unlit. Cars parked under the terrace to get into the neighboring residence, making the floor vibrate and bringing exhaust fumes. I'll stop there. I hope this at least helps the owners improve things.

We really liked the location, about a 5-8 minute walk from both the sea and the town center. There are also two bus stops just steps from the property for anyone who prefers to travel by bus. The owners were kind and helpful. Our vacation has just ended, and everything was good. The one-bedroom apartment isn't huge, but it has what you need. A bathroom vanity would be useful, and a solid shower door would make a difference compared with the curtain.

The bathroom shower was so uncomfortable that it flooded the entire apartment. The shared washing machine was a very old, non-industrial model that didn't clean well. The interior of the three-room apartment was in very poor condition, and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The mattresses, bed bases, and pillows all need to be thrown away. Also, the kitchen photo on the website doesn't show this apartment. It shows the kitchen from the two-room apartment upstairs, so I'd suggest replacing it to avoid giving people the wrong impression.

I booked the apartment online a month and a half ahead. By phone, we agreed on four people and an initial total payment of €150, with €22 per person for linens on arrival. That was two pillowcases, two sheets, two face sheets, two underwear, and two bath towels. Check-in was listed as 5:00 PM, but Ms. Rita had also said by phone and WhatsApp that morning arrival was possible. I repeatedly sent our boarding and disembarkation times by phone and WhatsApp, then let her know ferry problems meant we'd arrive after lunch instead of in the morning. Ms. RITA called me in an aggressive tone, saying she hadn't read the messages and the man wasn't available to us. When we got to the house, the man asked for €100 for linens instead of €88, €70 for cleaning, €30 for the stovetop, and a €250 security deposit. He wanted it all in cash and gave no receipt. The only equipment in the house was kitchen utensils and two fans. The linens were full of holes and stains, and the house was dusty and covered in cobwebs. I'm allergic, so I'd recommend bringing an antihistamine if you have allergies too. Mrs. Rita NEVER SHOWED UP.
