The location is the apartment's strongest point, just a few steps from the sea and pedestrian area. But for the price in early July 2025, our stay in Bartolomeo 13 was uncomfortable, and the kitchen was barely equipped for a week: one frying pan and a small pot, really enough for only one or two people. There was no parking. The agency offered a private storage space for €70.00 per week, payable in cash on arrival. Inside, ants were present, the Wi-Fi was very weak and slow, and pebbles came through the kitchen tap. The shower was cramped, its head couldn't be adjusted, and the water flow was weak and uneven. There was no dishwasher. The washing machine sat in a shared storage room surrounded by piles of discarded things. The old French doors had faulty, unreliable locks. The outdoor area was walled in and poorly ventilated, and the air conditioner blew hot air straight into it, making the heat worse. The asking price is certainly not justified. I wouldn't recommend this apartment at that rate for this time of year.
