Dinner at the restaurant was delicious every night of our ski trip. Hotel Milano felt like a second home, thanks to how welcoming Alessandro was. We had an excellent stay.

The room, breakfast, city tax and luggage storage all caused problems during my stay, but the worst part was how the owners treated people. Daniela was verbally abusive several times. At one point, after losing control of her emotions, she nearly sprayed my eyes with a cleaning product she was holding. Both owners were unhelpful and unwilling to listen or assist guests. I also saw Daniela and her husband, Alessandro, treat other people very unkindly on several occasions. I had a terrible time here and would never return, even for a free stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. If you're staying in Boario Terme, consider the other hotels, which offer much better customer service. I know people who attended the same event and stayed elsewhere. Darfo is within walking distance of Boario and has more places to stay, and nearby cities and towns are connected by frequent public transport. Even one star feels generous for my experience.

The owners make Hotel Milano stand out. They were warm and friendly, and took real care to make sure their guests felt welcome. I really enjoyed my visit and would gladly recommend staying here.

My husband and I spent two lovely weeks here last month, enjoying the food, wine and hospitality. It's a clean, nicely decorated family run hotel, and we found it very pleasant. The beds were comfortable, room service was great, and the restaurant downstairs had a good range of dishes. We'd happily stay again.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. Depending on where your room is, traffic from the street can make it noisy. From my window I had a lovely view of mountains behind a shed where kittens played.
