Elbamar Marina Di Campo

No internet, and the apartment was relatively clean. There were no batteries for the heater remote, no coffee pots or potholders, and one bathroom had no curtain.

The owner was very friendly, and the location is convenient: about a five-minute walk to Marina di Campo beach and another five minutes to the town center, with its bars, restaurants, and clubs. There is plenty of private parking. Our two-room apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and stove. It also had a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, a comfortable roomy bedroom, air conditioning, a drying rack, and a terrace with a table and chairs. Highly recommended!

We were completely satisfied with the apartment. The location was excellent and very quiet, with the nearest free or private beach just a five-minute walk away. The main beach by the town center is about 15 minutes on foot, an easy stroll in the mild weather. Parking inside the complex is essential, since finding another spot nearby is difficult. Final cleaning and linens were included, so we didn't have to worry about them. We stayed for two weeks, and they were provided again after the first seven days. The air conditioning worked very well, with one unit in the living room and kitchen and another in the bedroom. When we reported that the refrigerator wasn't cooling properly to Ms. Marina, the very kind guest receptionist who is available five hours a day, she quickly passed on the issue. It was resolved within a couple of days by replacing the fridge. If I had to suggest one change, I'd prefer a dishwasher over a washing machine, though that comes down to personal needs.

The owners were always available, and the apartment was comfortable and well equipped for three people. It's in an excellent spot, near the beach and only a short walk from the town center. A private garden or bigger terrace would have made it perfect. I'd definitely recommend it for a stay in Marina di Campo.
