We spent 10 days here in July with our family of six and really liked both the apartment and the area. The garden is private and peaceful, a great space for families. You can walk to the beach in about 10 minutes, though the heat can be intense in summer. We drove our electric car around the island and really appreciated the three EV chargers at the property. It was also good to see the owner had invested in solar power, and the AC worked very well. 😊 Valentina was lovely to meet, friendly and very helpful. We’re sure to return to Elba and will most likely stay here again. 😊

Valentina and Emanuele manage the Gli Olmi residence admirably, and the grounds are lovely, with olive trees, cared-for gardens, and plenty of parking nearby. Our apartment was spotless and had all the essentials. We wanted to repeat our stay because of this, as well as the peaceful setting and its convenient location. Highly recommended.

Valentina was so kind, cheerful, and ready to help. We had a great stay in a really comfortable apartment, spacious and clean, with everything we needed in the kitchen. There’s a large parking area, a shared garden, and a private terrace. The location is ideal for exploring the island. Absolutely recommend it!

Valentina greets you with a smile and knows how to be helpful while giving guests plenty of privacy. The management feels professional and welcoming, and made us feel at home. Our apartment was cozy and had all the comforts we needed indoors and outside for relaxing. The setting is peaceful and green on Elba Island, close to beautiful beaches like Cavoli and Fetovaia. Marina di Campo beach and the town center are about 900 meters away. We had a very good stay and would recommend it.

We came in late May, a lovely time to see the island at its best. Mirta 1 was comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen, roomy bedroom, and practical bathroom with a very large shower. The outdoor space was the real bonus, kept immaculate and perfect for eating outside or having an aperitif in a beautiful setting. The shared areas were just as well looked after, with laundry facilities and a hot shower. Our host was precise, kind, and always helpful. The location just beyond Marina di Campo's center worked very well, only a few minutes on foot from town. A little paradise!
