VisiToledo House

I liked the cozy, well-furnished apartment, the comfortable bed, and having a TV and air conditioning. I stayed four days, and the area grew on me. It seemed a little scary at first, but after being there you see it as real Naples. The location is great for exploring on foot, and Toledo metro is only a few steps away. The cleanliness and amenities were disappointing. There was just one towel each for everything, and mine had a clump of hair on it. The booking page promised toiletries and a bottle of water, but neither was there. The kitchen bin hadn’t been emptied, and there was a dirty cup and spoon in the sink. Hot water was intermittent too. The bathroom is private and outside the room, but there’s no key to lock it from the outside, so guests in the other room can still enter. During the two days I shared the place, I found its door open several times. Also, Little Zampa 🐶 on the first floor will bark like mad. Just call the lady downstairs and you can keep going up and down the stairs.

The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was great, with massage jets and a rain shower. There’s a pizzeria downstairs in the building. Just be ready for the stairs, since there’s no elevator. The shared kitchen also had no knives or hand towels. :(
