They cancel reservations at the last minute, saying there are card problems, which they falsely claim. Many other users have reported the same thing. This accommodation is a scam.

Scam! They cancelled our booking just three days before our stay.

I booked a room two weeks before my holiday. The day before check-in, they claimed they couldn't charge my card, though my bank confirmed they hadn't even tried. I gave them three different cards, then had to freeze them because I didn't trust these guys. They said all three were invalid and ignored my questions. They cancelled the booking without warning while I was at the airport. Based on what other reviewers have said, these guys are scammers. Avoid this place or you could ruin your holiday. You'll probably end up paying more for somewhere else anyway, so save yourself the trouble and skip it from the start.

If you're after a real taste of Naples, this little place on the edge of old town is it. Expect narrow cobbled streets and laundry hanging from the windows. People live here, Dorothy, so it's not for the Hilton crowd.

The BnB itself is very good, with good facilities that are practically all new. There are only a few rooms, so the service is good, and breakfast is included. The street felt kind of sketchy, especially as you head away from piazza dante.
