The room was clean and quiet, thanks to double-glazed windows, and the bed was comfy. The location is amazing and it’s good value, though you can hear the metro rumbling every 10 minutes. The shower is tiny, the towels smelled musty, and breakfast was just okay. Communication and signs weren’t great. Be sure you get the check-in instructions and after-hours entry codes before you arrive, or you could end up locked out on the street. Expect big crowds on weekends too.

We stayed one night and didn’t enjoy it. The room was clean, but so tiny and without a proper view that it felt like a storage room. Construction noise began early and made it impossible to rest, and breakfast was very basic and disappointing. The old elevator also felt unsafe to use. The location was acceptable, and we did get instructions before arriving, but at night the entrance was hard to spot, hidden behind a tall, unmarked door that didn’t look like a hotel. For about the same price, I think you can find much better accommodation in Naples. To me, this was worth no more than €50–€60, so it wasn’t good value for what we paid.

Everything inside was surprisingly clean, and breakfast was tasty and well prepared. The metro is right outside, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, so the location is really convenient. My only suggestion is to renovate the building’s stairwell, since it doesn’t match the comfort indoors. Otherwise, I’d confidently recommend this place.

Massimo and the rest of the staff made us feel very well looked after from the moment we arrived. Our room was beautiful and clean, and we also got access to a lovely hot tub where we could relax. The metro is just a one-minute walk away.
