Qui Si Sta Exclusive BB

We were so grateful to find Quisista after arriving at a disastrous Airbnb and booking this place at the last minute. It's a terrific hidden gem at the edge of the historic district. The owner and staff were fantastic, helped us with whatever we needed, and were incredibly helpful throughout. The included breakfast was simple, just cornetto, fruit, and terrific coffee. The place was clean, fairly spacious, and quiet at night. The one snag was that the elevator wasn't working. Everything else was perfect.

The central location made it easy to do things nearby, and the hotel itself was lovely. The rooms were beautiful and super comfortable, everything was very clean, and breakfast was amazing. When I had to leave at 7:30 for a trip, they messaged to ask if I wanted breakfast. I explained I wouldn't be there, and when I got back they'd left a plate of breakfast in my room. Such a small thing, but so sweet. Whenever I needed something, I could text them and they'd try to help as much as they could. When I left, they even drove me to the train station. I felt really good staying here. Thank you so much, guys! :)

QuiSiSta made a lovely end to a wedding weekend in Naples, after a friend recommended it. The place is in an old-style palace right in the heart of the city, and inside you're welcomed into a cozy space by friendly, warm staff. My room was fantastic, very clean and spacious, with a comfortable large bed and everything I needed, including a fridge and kettle. I especially liked the large shower with chromotherapy. Breakfast was five stars, and I really enjoyed chatting with the staff. They're so kind and helpful, the sort of thing you don't get in a chain hotel. The woman who managed my booking over the phone was lovely too, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you, QuiSiSta!

The hosts are so, so friendly and treated us really well. My room was spotless, and the bathroom and shower were in great shape. The welcome drink and snacks were such a warm touch. A must-stay when you're visiting Naples 😊👍🏻
