The host was genuinely nice and helpful, and I'm grateful that my friends and I got home safely. Still, the room was only average for what we paid, and its tiny bath was broken, so I couldn't use it. The area around the building felt a little scary, and walking there at night didn't feel possible. My stay had its ups and downs. 🙂 😶

I wouldn't return. The area felt creepy and unsafe, and while the room was okay, appliances were falling off. The entrance looked like it was falling apart, and there was a crack in the balcony. The building seemed unsafe, with no emergency exit, and looked like it could collapse at any time.

We couldn't reach anyone because the phone number didn't work, so we had to book another hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place. It could be a scam, or the hospitality could just be really poor.

The WiFi was included, and we appreciated getting vouchers for Dolce Regina bar, but the rest of the stay was terrible. We arrived on September 14th and the owner, Vittorio or Francesco, never appeared. Instead, a rude young woman immediately asked for €90 in tourist tax for five people for one week. Our room was reasonably clean and had a private bathroom, though the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The bidet was cramped, some of the soaps seemed to get changed now and then, and I even found a puddle of water in the faucet.
