In the center of the city, the room was still quiet enough to get a good rest. The place is amazing in centro Storico Naples, close to some metro stations, with great WiFi and wonderful attention from the hosts and receptionists. I’d definitely come back.

The host was helpful and the location was good, but I wouldn’t recommend the Gentile Suite to anyone coming to Naples. At the price we paid, we should have stayed in a hotel. The room was awful overall. There was mold in one corner of a window, and the shower drain was clogged, so water collected and spilled across the bathroom. The shower head came completely loose and sprayed water around too. Getting there by car is impossible. Taxi drivers refused to bring us close, even though the host tried to tell us what to say. We had to walk up and down the streets with several heavy bags.

Eugenio and his team were helpful with everything, and we really enjoyed our first stay in Naples. The building has charm and character on a traditional street, while the rooms inside are modern and comfortable. It’s a great find in an ideal spot in the historic center. We’d recommend it and would happily stay again. Grazie mille!

The suite was amazing, clean, and classic, and we felt very comfortable there. The owner was such a sweet guy, he recommended a restaurant and booked a table for us. We only reserved one night and wished afterward we could have stayed longer.
